چکیده

The Chaotic Baseband Wireless Communication System (CBWCS) is expected to eliminate the Inter-Symbol Interference (ISI) caused by multipath propagation using optimal decoding threshold that sum of ISI past decoded bits and future transmitting bits. However, current technique only capable removing partial effects ISI, because are available for sub-optimal calculation. unavailability information needed an obstacle further improve Bit Error Rate (BER) performance. In contrast previous method Echo State Network (ESN) predict one bit, proposed in this paper predicts directly ESN. ESN-based prediction simplifies symbol operation avoiding iterative output waveform points ESN accumulated error operation. With approach, calculation complexity reduced compared approach. achieves better BER performance method. reason superior result twofold. First, more symbols conveyed input obtain accurate rather than which was available. Second, here does not need estimate channel Least Squared (LS) method, avoids extra inaccurate estimation. Simulation results experiment based on a wireless open-access research platform under practical show effectiveness superiority

Noisy Chaotic Time Series Prediction Based on Wavelet Echo State Network

As a research focus of intelligence algorithm, the prediction of classic noiseless chaotic time series has a great development in recent years. However, the existing prediction models cannot get good performance for real-world chaotic time series because of the interference of noise components. In order to take full advantage of the property of real-world chaotic time series, the paper proposes...

Multi-standard programmable baseband modulator for next generation wireless communication

Considerable research has taken place in recent times in the area of parameterization of software defined radio (SDR) architecture. Parameterization decreases the size of the software to be downloaded and also limits the hardware reconfiguration time. The present paper is based on the design and development of a programmable baseband modulator that perform the QPSK modulation schemes and as wel...

Wireless Spectral Prediction by the Modified Echo State Network Based on Leaky Integrate and Fire Neurons

With the rapid development of wireless communication technology, the wireless spectrum resources are dwindling. Cognitive radio (CR) is the key technology to solve this problem. In view of the echo state network advantages compared to traditional recursive neural network, we construct the new neural network, echo state network based on leaky integrate and fire neurons (LIF_ESN), and prove that ...

Symbol-by-Symbol Maximum Likelihood Detection for Cooperative Molecular Communication

In this paper, symbol-by-symbol maximum likelihood (ML) detection is proposed for a cooperative diffusionbased molecular communication (MC) system. In this system, a fusion center (FC) chooses the transmitter (TX) symbol that is more likely, given the likelihood of its observations from multiple receivers (RXs), where the TX sends a common information symbol to all RXs. The transmission of a se...

The copula echo state network

Echo state networks (ESNs) constitute a novel approach to recurrent neural network (RNN) training, with an RNN (the reservoir) being generated randomly, and only a readout being trained using a simple, computationally efficient algorithm. ESNs have greatly facilitated the practical application of RNNs, outperforming classical approaches on a number of benchmark tasks. This paper studies the for...
